| After our long-time Buffalo Dentist retired, my husband and I went searching for a new one and are so happy to have finally found Dr. Ricotta and her wonderfully caring and considerate staff (after 2 years of trying other Dentists!). They made us feel like we were right at home. Even before the 1st visit, I felt as if I had made a friend in Shirley, on the phone, who gave me details about how our insurance would cover us and booked our appointments with no waiting. Both my husband and I needed work done and Dr. Ricotta accommodated us very very quickly. I am also quite surprised to find that her rates are less than my previous Dentist which I am grateful for because our Insurance will expire since my husband recently retired. We are more than satisfied with Dr. Ricotta and her talented staff. Their level of gentle thoughtful and professional care has us looking forward to many years with happy smiles. |

| I hadn't been in the waiting room 5 minutes before I was called for my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised. An assistant cleaned my teeth gently and was very friendly. The dentist also made me feel at ease while examining my teeth and even promised to email me with some information that I was seeking. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Ricotta. |
